ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT
1-Vendors must pay in full before show.
2- Exhibitor agrees to check with registration booth before setting up and contract must be signed.
3-No vendor permitted to infringe on our logo, location, etc, without written permission from Event Chairman.
4- No plain or printed apparel (t-shirts,jackets,hats,etc.) without written permission from Event Chairman.
5- No raffles without permission from Event Chairman.
6- The management reserves the right to cancel
the contract if in the opinion of the management the exhibitor is not an asset to the show or not co-operative with the management.
7- Exhibitors are responsible for sage guarding their property.
8- One automobile per vendor allowed in park. No exceptions.
9- NO REFUNDS.
10- Kustoms of America assumes no responsibility for exhibitors complying with NC State Tax Laws or Retail Merchants Requirements.
11- No subletting of spaces.
